How to import sales orders from Shipstation to Bigin using Zapier?

Anyone know how I can import a contacts last sales order from Shipstation to Bigin? I want to create a Zap that updates my Contact in Bigin with their last order shipped from Shipstation. I don’t see a prompt to do this. TIA

Hi @kaylynn,

Welcome to the Community.

To integrate ShipStation shipments with Bigin, create a multi-step Zap. Set "New Order" in ShipStation as the trigger, then use "Search Contact" in Bigin to locate the recipient via email or name. If found, update a custom text field in Bigin with order details. If no contact is found, create a new contact with the order details or set up a notification for manual handling. Test each step to ensure accuracy.

Please note that this is a general guide, and the exact steps might vary depending on the specific fields and data you have in both ShipStation and Bigin.

Hi @kaylynn,

If you're stuck updating a custom field in Zapier, try these troubleshooting steps: First, ensure the custom field is created and active in your app, and reconnect your app account in Zapier to refresh the fields. Check that the field type is compatible (for example, text, number) and that predefined options are available for dropdowns. Refresh the field list in Zapier by reloading the setup or clicking the refresh button. Be aware of limitations with apps like HubSpot or Salesforce, and test with a simpler field (for example, "First Name") to see if the update works.
