I have an Online Appointment booking site for my business clients
My clients want to have a Book Now button on their Facebook business pages which takes their users to the Booking site.
I have no idea how I set this up so that my site is listed as an Appointment booking App in Facebook, like Appoint fix and Appointments for Square Apps
Do I create an App or do I have to become a Facebook partner?
Any advice appreciated...

I did some digging and it looks like you may have some options!
It appears Facebook may have a native scheduling service (not supported by Zapier at the moment). You can check out how to set that up here:
It also looks like Facebook partners with other scheduling apps as well:
I might recommend checking out which ones are also supported by Zapier to see if there’s any overlap that works with your needs:
