Hello,

I am currently creating a Zap where I want to set the dropdown/picklist in Zoho CRM by using the ID of the value instead of selecting a static value. But I do not know where I can get the IDs of the Zoho CRM picklist/dropdown values.

I know that I can use the IDs when there is an ID. But what can I do if there is no ID? I tried to use the value that is shown as ID but that did not work.

It needs to be the bottom value for a dropdown option.

Every dropdown option will have a top and bottom value.

 

We would need more screenshots and context about the encountered error/issue.
