Hello! I'm starting to use the Zapier chatbot. I would like every time a lead starts a conversation, I receive an email, is this possible?

This solution doesn't work for me. There are only two ways to activate the email trigger, the first is if the lead clicks a button or if they give feedback. the desired trigger is simply the start of a conversation via the chatbot.
