Does anyone know if there is an easy way to format all states in written form to the 2 letter code? We use Cognito forms which assigns the full written out state name. I’ve asked them if the option for letter codes is possible but it is not. I want to use formatter as the first action to format the state field in the Cognito form trigger, just not sure if I’d need to do each state manually or if this is already reformatted somewhere. Thanks!

Easiest would be to use a GSheet as a Lookup Table: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations#triggers-and-actions
Action: GSheet Lookup Row
Format the GSheet with 2 columns
State - Full | State - Abbreviation
California | CA
Or you can use a Formatter > Utilities > Lookup Table: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/create-lookup-tables-in-zaps
