Hi,

I’m looking to create an HTML-based email and would like to include an image directly within the email content.

I understand that images can usually be linked or hosted externally, but I’m wondering if Zapier allows embedding or attaching the image within the email itself as part of the process.

Thank you,
Paras SXXXXX

Hi @hmhg

To use images in HTML email templates, you would need to use a publicly accessible direct download link for the file.

If you’re looking for a good place to host the image, upload them to Imgur.

Then once uploaded, right click the image you see on screen and then click “Open image in new tab”.

Then copy the URL of that page and include it in <a> tags in your email in Zapier.

DM if you need help.

Hi there @hmhg 👋

How did you get on with the suggestions from Troy and Andrew here? Were you able to get the images embedded in the emails?
