How to email a completed ServiceM8 form in PDF format?

I am trying to create a Zap to work with ServiceM8. When a specific form has been completed I would like that form emailed to my email address.

I cannot see a way to attach the full form, preferably in a PDF format. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Bradt7

ServiceM8 would have to return a PDF file or link to a PDF file for you to use.

Otherwise, you would have to create a PDF file. (e.g. create GDoc, then get the PDF version of the GDoc to use)

You can use below action 2 actions

First add the form data in Google Doc with below action. Make sure to select Export Format as PDF

From above Google Doc id, retreive the file. This action will give the file URL to download
