How to delete/remove files in Zoho CRM records with Zapier?

Hello,

I am using Zoho CRM and I uploaded via Zapier a file to several records (in a regular “file field” in a custom module in Zoho CRM). 

I am looking for a way to remove/delete thoses files with Zapier. Is that possible?

Hi @michael291 

Good question.

It may not be supported based on the Zoho CRM API endpoints for files.

If possible, you can use the API Request action: https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/v3/get-files.html
