Besides adding a delay when a new record is created, then delete this after a certain time (avoiding several zaps in playing status).

Is there an automated way to delete old records from a table?

Use Case:

Let’s say I want to delete 1000 records from a table when it reaches the limit (10,000 records) → Automatically, maybe a new zap to control this?

Hi @JoseMendioroz

Good question.

Try this Zap action: Zapier Tables - Delete Record

Hi Troy,

This asks for the record ID to be deleted, I need (for example) to provide the first 1000 records

@JoseMendioroz

Might be easier to do manually in the Zapier Table.

Can Zapier automate this for us?

Or maybe add a funtion in Utulities to count Zapier table records?

@JoseMendioroz

Yes, if you know the required values for the Zap action.

Try this Zap action: Zapier Tables - Delete Record

Great!

The required value = The first 1000 records created in the table

Zapier should consider this, to automate the hability to count records from first record created, from a period of time, filtering and counting rows like in any other table, etc.

Thanks for your help Troy, I’m afraid we may need to wait for this.
