I want help to create a zap. I want the zap to be like this:
When item on a board in Monday is assigned group A --> subscribe contact to list A in Active Campaign
Is there a way to do this?

I think this should be possible. Have a look at this Monday.com x ActiveCampaign page:
https://zapier.com/apps/monday/integrations/activecampaign
There's a trigger that could be useful: "Any Column Value Changed in Board".
You can then use the "Subscribe or Unsubscribe Contact from List" action to send them to the list you want!
Depending on how the trigger is set up, you may need a filter to ensure only people who are part of group A are subscribed to the list. Read more about filters here: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-conditions-to-zaps-with-filters
