Hi,

I was creating an automation in ActiveCampaign and I have the following question: at the end of an automation in ActiveCampaign, I would like to automatically create a task in Asana. How is this possible with a Zap? And is it possible to address this task to a specific user (person) in Asana?

Thanks in forward!

Hi there, @Fidus!

Yes, both of those things are possible using Zapier :)

To trigger a Zap at the end of an automation in Active Campaign, you can set up a webhook as part of the automation. The New Automation Webhook trigger in Zapier will then start a Zap using any information that’s sent in the trigger.

The Asana action Create Task allows you to assign a task to a specific user, so you can do that when the Zap runs.

I hope that helps, let us know if you have any questions!

Hi @Danvers Thanks a lot for your help!

Somehow we are not able to to find the request while testing the trigger.

We did the following steps:

  • Create a webhook in Active Campaign
  • Go to Zapier and chose the option "Catch Raw Hook”
  • The URL from Zapier we pasted in the webhook from ActiveCampaign
  • We got the text "We couldn't find a request”

Any idea how to resolve this? Could you possibly demonstrate how to make this connection between ActiveCampaign and Asana work through Zapier?
