Hi there, @Fidus!
Yes, both of those things are possible using Zapier :)
To trigger a Zap at the end of an automation in Active Campaign, you can set up a webhook as part of the automation. The New Automation Webhook trigger in Zapier will then start a Zap using any information that’s sent in the trigger.
The Asana action Create Task allows you to assign a task to a specific user, so you can do that when the Zap runs.
I hope that helps, let us know if you have any questions!
Hi @Danvers Thanks a lot for your help!
Somehow we are not able to to find the request while testing the trigger.
We did the following steps:
- Create a webhook in Active Campaign
- Go to Zapier and chose the option "Catch Raw Hook”
- The URL from Zapier we pasted in the webhook from ActiveCampaign
- We got the text "We couldn't find a request”
Any idea how to resolve this? Could you possibly demonstrate how to make this connection between ActiveCampaign and Asana work through Zapier?
