Hi guys :-)

I have an order sheet in Google Sheets where each row represents a single product for a specific customer. There are three different customers, and their orders contain multiple products.

I'm using Zapier and got stuck after the "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows" step. My goal is to add three separate orders to Baselinker or WooCommerce, each with the correct products assigned.

How can I correctly structure the workflow so that Zapier groups products by Order number and creates multiple orders instead of processing each row as a separate order?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated! <3

Hi @Kamkachuliganka

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Provide more info about what steps are you stuck on.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thank you so much for your response and help. I would really appreciate your assistance!

I am a new Zapier user and do not fully understand all the rules of how it works. I tried to set this up with ChatGPT, but it often suggests solutions that don’t exist. 😅 Unfortunately, there is no official documentation for Baselinker.

I am sharing access to my Google Drive folder – inside, you will find a google sheets file containing orders Orders to Baselinker” as well as screenshots of my individual steps and test results. The screenshots are of good quality, so the long ones can be zoomed in without any issues.

I know that I need to add some action between steps 2 and 3 because the order is being treated as one instead of three separate orders. However, despite watching many tutorials and using Formatter and other tools, I just can't figure it out. I should also mention that English is not my native language 🤡

The final effect in Baselinker and WooCommerce is the same. I receive one order for "Frank Frank Frank Debbie Debbie Debbie", etc., which includes all the products from the Orders to Baselinker file.

Again, I truly appreciate any help you can offer!

Anyone? 🙄 I’m stucked 😭
