I try to build a setup to create a blocking event in the A calendar from 08:00 to 14:00 whenever there is a new reservation in the B calendar before 12:00. The second Zap ensures that the blocking event is removed if the original B calendar reservation is canceled.
Basically the setup works for events on the same day but doesn’t work for future events !
Is it likely because of how the date and time fields are configured in Zapier ?

The issue may be related to how date and time fields are configured in Zapier. Check that both calendars are set to the same time zone, and ensure dates and times follow Zapier's required format (YYYY-MM-DD for dates, HH:MM for times). Confirm that the trigger for creating a blocking event in Calendar A fires when a new reservation is made in Calendar B before noon and that the action to remove it triggers if the reservation in Calendar B is canceled.
