Hi,

Thank you in advance as I am really not great with this technology. 

 

I was to create a zap where a specific appointment is booked in Calendly and it triggers a contact in High Level to move pipeline stages. 

 

Is this possible? Could someone break this down for me?

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Calendly - Invitee Created
  2. Action: Filter
    1. Check for the desired Calendly Event Type
    2. Help: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/integrations#help
  3. Action: LeadConnector - Add/Update Opportunity
    1. Set the Pipline/Stage
