How to create a Zap to automate membership transitions in Mighty after a trial period

Question

I have currently created a community on the Mighty Platform. Due to the varying members I have, I have a plan for each member type. There are some members who have been offered a free 12 month trial, but eventually I would like them to move over to a paid, existing plan.

Mighty has suggested I create a Zap to automate that process after a 12 month period, but I am stuck on how to get this funnel started.

Zapier has suggested a start point, but I can’t see any triggers that would move people from one plan to another after a 12 month period.

Please help! Happy to learn, just need some guidance.

Hi ​@SamOWF,Welcome to the Community.Use Zapier to automate moving Mighty Networks members from a free trial to a paid plan after 12 months. Since there's no direct trigger, set up a Zap that starts when a new member joins the free trial, delays for 12 months, and then updates their plan. If a member upgrades early, you can stop the Zap manually. Ensure you notify members in advance so they can cancel if needed.I hope this helps.
