How would I create a new freshdesk ticket with an attachment? Once the form is created, I am looking to create a freshdesk ticket with the attached file.

@rprestonnp I’d like to help you with this. Are you looking to use Freshdesk in your trigger step or an action step? From the information provided, it sounds as if you would like to use it as an action. Can you please share which app you would be feeding data from?
