servicetitan’s zapier app doesn’t have a direct option to say “if this answer = x then create a task.” the workaround is to use the “new form response” trigger, then add a filter step to check for the exact answer you want (for example preferred service = installation). after that, use the “create task” action in servicetitan. only the responses that match will create a task. if you need different tasks for different answers you can either add more filters and actions in the same zap or use paths to branch the logic.
