Does anyone know how I can add a kanaban table to my interface that only shows cards/ tickets that have a “due date” that are in the next coming week? ive treid to do this thorugh zaps but im gettign a bit stuck.

Hi @SebastianChen,

Welcome to the Community.

To display Kanban cards with due dates in the upcoming week using Zapier, start by identifying your project management tool (like Trello or Asana). Set up a Zap that triggers when a card is created or updated, then use a “Filter by Zapier” step to allow only those with due dates within the next seven days. You can then update the Kanban view by moving or tagging those cards accordingly. Be sure to test your Zap and check if your tool has built-in filters that might simplify this setup.

Hey jammer, the kanabsn is actually built in a zapier interface and is connected to a table in zapier. Could you be a bit more specific on what fields to select to or what I would enter into the filter by zapier for it to only be the next week?

Hi @SebastianChen,

To filter entries for the next week in Zapier, use the "Filter by Zapier" step with your date field—set conditions for when the date will be after the start of next week and before its end. For a dynamic setup, use the "Formatter" step to automatically calculate the beginning and end of next week using date/time transforms. This ensures your Zap only processes entries within that time frame.

Yes, you can achieve this by adding a filter to your Kanban view based on the due date field. Instead of using Zaps, it's better to use the filtering options available within your database/interface tool (e.g., Airtable, Notion, etc.).

Set a filter like:
"Due Date is on or after Today AND on or before 7 days from Today"

This will dynamically show only the cards due this week. If you're using a specific tool (like Airtable, Notion, or Glide), let me know and I can guide you step-by-step!

@Adil Waqas Thanks! I fogrot I can put a table view on itnerfaces.

Hi @SebastianChen,

We just wanted to see how everything is going with your Zap. Did Adil's recommendation get the job done? Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance with your Zap. We're glad to address any concerns and assist you.

We're looking forward to your response.

Hey! You don’t need a Zap for this — you can set up a filtered view in your base.

Just add a filter like: Due Date is within the next 7 days, then link that view to your Kanban Interface. It’ll only show cards due this week. Super simple and works great!
