How to convert new Google Docs to PDF and send them as email attachments when added to a specific Google folder?

Hi everyone! I would like to do the following:

 

When a new google docs is being added to my specific Gfolder, I would like it to be converted to a pdf and sent as an e-mail attachment via Gmail. Sounds easy, but I am stuck. Thanks a lot!
