It depends on what manual workflow that you are trying to automate through Zapier. But basically how it goes is you can use Wix contacts or subscription form as a trigger and another app which you are trying to connect with a connection.

As Sparsh mentioned, you can use the Form and Members and Contacts triggers in the Wix integration (https://zapier.com/apps/wix/integrations). You can create one Zap for each workflow, one to collect form responses, and one to create/update contacts.
