Hello, I want to connect LiveChat with JIRA Service Desk and when a ticket of a specific group is created in LiveChat then a ticket is created in our JIRA Service Desk Project. I managed to do that but for all LiveChat tickets. I want tickets of a specific group in LiveChat to follow this zap, not all LiveChat tickets.

How can I specify the group and where?
