I have set up Stripe as a method to receive payment on my website. I need to connect stripe to klaviyo when a purchase is made, to add the contact to a klaviyo list. What should be the trigger event in stripe? New payment or checkout complete? And as for Klaviyo I can't find the “Add Subscriber to a List” option. Which option do I use?

The Zap says it was successful, but the subscriber wasn't added to the list
If your list is set to use double opt-in in Klaviyo, new subscribers won't be added to the list right away, but will receive a confirmation email.
Once the person confirms that they want to opt-in, they will then appear on the list.
For us to have context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.
Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/
Check if your Klaviyo List is using DOUBLE OPT-IN. (see info below)
