How to connect Salesforce Service Cloud with Attentive (NOT vice versa)

Hello, Community of Zapier.

Do you have any guidance on connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with Attentive. We want to send user information from this platform to the other (new suscriber in sms, etc.).

Currently, we have connected by Zapier the information from Attentive (user registrations and cancellations with sms/email) to Salesforce Service Cloud but not vice versa.

If you can pass me documentation for our IT department, I would appreciate it.

From what I understand, you can use the Trigger > Salesforce > New Outbound Message and the Action Attentive > Subscribe User
