HI. New to all of this stuff. Trying to connect Panda Doc to Monday.com to complete an action for me. Once a contract gets signed through Pandadoc, I need it to be uploaded back into the “contract” section and need it to update a column status. I can’t seem to get past the beginning stages. It will only let me select a bunch of our events verses finding the specific event contract that comes back and loading it into there. Any help would be great.

I’m assuming assuming you’re using the Document Completed trigger from PandaDoc as the starting point for your Zap. Does the payload returned by that trigger include any unique identifier you can use to find the correct matching record in Monday.com? I think that’s the key issue here.
If it doesn’t, then I think you need to solve this problem further upstream. if you’re using another Zap to create contracts in PandaDoc from some trigger in Monday, I would modify that Zap so that it encodes some unique identifier from Monday into the document metadata in PandaDoc. Then, when a document is completed, you can use that identifier from the PandaDoc metadata to find the correct matching record in Monday.
