I am trying to setup a trigger for LinkedIn Ads. However, when I am asked to link my LinkedIn Account, it only lets me link my personal account.
How do I change to my business account?

Thanks so much for your response. I realised that down the process in setup it let’s you select the company you want to get results for.

This might be happening if you’re still logged into your personal account when attempting to add the connection to your separate business account.
If that’s the case, there’s a few things you can try:
- In your current browser, in a new tab or window, log out of LinkedIn then try adding the connection again.
- Try using a different web browser (where you’re not already logged into LinkedIn) to add the connection in Zapier to your other LinkedIn account.
- Try using a incognito or private browsing window to add the connection.
Hopefully one of the suggestions above will do the trick and allow you to successfully add the other LinkedIn account connection. Please do report back to let us know whether that solves it! 🙂
