The zap creates a new record in Smartsuite when a new order is submitted from my website.  

There are custom questions in the order form that are added to the record, but in their raw form they are a mess. 

I think I can use “Formatter → Utilities” to clean these responses up when they are added to the record. But I’m not really sure how to it works.

Any help appreciated - thank you!

Try adding line spacing between the mapped variables and add labels before the mapped variables.

e.g. Field Label: lVARIABLE]

Did Troy’s suggestion of adding line spacing between the mapped fields and typing in a label for each field do the trick?
