Good day, how can I change the refresh time on the screen, how can I reduce it further, like 5 minutes to 1 minute?

Welcome to the Community.

 

Zapier's refresh time depends on your plan: Free and Starter plans update every 15 minutes, Professional every 5 minutes, and Teams/Company every 2 minutes. You can't reduce this time beyond your plan's limit, but upgrading or using Webhooks by Zapier for instant triggers (if supported) could be alternatives.
