How to change monday.com status when an opportunity stage updates to Processing

I am trying to make a zap when a specific opportunity stage is changed to “Processing”, it can change the monday status to Approved. 

 

My issue is that when reading older threads there used to be a trigger “Updated field in record” which is now not available, is there a different way to do this ?
