How to capture a customer signature on a Zapier form

I am looking for a way to capture a customer signature during the completion of a Zapier form. Our technicians use several zapier forms to capture data on site but we can’t see anyway to capture a customer signature as part of this process. Most other form tools have a “Signature Field” or similar but zapier doesn’t seem to have anything like that?

Any ideas on how to achieve this or any suggestions on alternatives?

Hi Troy,

Thanks for the link. I was more after something direct in the interface form. Seems like a lot of additional work to integrate with another app, prepare a form with a sig field on it etc when a simple field on a form would do?

I will raise a feature request with zapier.

Thanks,

Benn

@bennm

You can submit feature requests to the Zapier Interfaces Team to be logged for consideration: https://zapier-interfaces.zapier.app/home

Zapier Interfaces does not have a native esign form field type.

You can configure a Zapier Interfaces flow that after form submit the user is taken to another Interface page that uses the Embed component to embed a 3rd party esign app.
