I’m trying to use zapier to pull segmented email contacts from Pendo into Mailchimp. I’ve set up a visitor report (with ~150 contacts) as the trigger event with the result being to “add/update subscriber” in mailchimp. The problem is -- it’s successfully importing only 1 contact. How can I get it to bulk import or bulk send to ALL the contacts in the pendo report?

Good question.
Most Zap triggers/actions work on a per record basis.
Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.
If you are trying to back fill data, then you may have to do that manually.

We have transfer.zapier.com that will do bulk imports but I’m not sure if Pendo is set up as transfer-ready.
If you head to transfer.zapier.com and can’t find your Pendo app in there, then you can request it be added here https://zapier.typeform.com/to/t9z7NNlx though I think requesting it isn’t a guarantee that it will be made avaialble
