Hi @Broker Contracting

Zap step logic is usually unique, so there likely won’t be step by step instructions to point you to reference.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with any encountered errors while testing.

If you are looking to hire help, there is a directory of Zapier Partners: https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory

Hey @Broker Contracting,

I think it’s the same topic that you posted earlier too. I will post my response here as well-

If the data you want to map is changed, you may want to map it again in the Capsule CRM action from the trigger. As said earlier as well, here is a helpful article about dynamic mapping of data-
https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496343026701-Send-data-between-steps-by-mapping-fields. If the data is not there in the trigger, you will have to use extra actions to get that data.

If all the answers are in one fields, try using Formatter action in Zapier. See more about it here-https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496212590093-Get-started-with-Formatter

Step by step instructions are hard to give because each Zap is unique and workflows are customized to the user’s needs.

Hope it helps!
