New to all this but i would like my Agency Zoom &/or Salesforce systems to automatically move a Customer to our Winback pipeline when they no longer have any active policies with us, possible? “agency zoom when a customer no longer has active policies they move into smart cycle”

This is possible to automate with Agency Zoom API’s.
First record all the new or updated customers in some database like Airtable or Google Sheet when there is active policy
Now every day or 2-3 times in week check for all above customers and check if there is any active policy. If not move to WinBack pipeline and remove from database
