I need to fill out this form with information I already have in Zapier tables, but cannot find a tool o way to do that. After filling the form, it provides a button to download the pdf that’s what I’m looking for. thanks.

How are things going on this, were you able to find a way to help generate a prefilled PDF?
If not, perhaps you could try using a Document type app like PDF.co, PDF4me, or pdfFiller—they all connect with Zapier and let you fill in PDF templates automatically based on form data that’s stored in the table.
You likely wouldn’t be able to display the download link as a button directly on the form submission page, but sending it via email could be a good alternative. Do you think that might work for your use case?

If so, what form app are you using? With Interfaces you can use URL parameters to auto-fill fields—for example: Fill form fields in advance in Zapier Interfaces. Does the form app you’re using has similar functionality perhaps?
Sorry, i didn’t mentioned the link. https://www.argentina.gob.ar/descarga-constancia-cuil. That’s de third party URL, so what I need is to fill that form with information I have already in Tables, clic on the button, clic once again on the button to download the pdf and then store it in Drive. But I think that actually there’s no way to complete the form automatically.

There are apps like Browse AI that can carry out actions like filling out a form, but I don’t think you’d be able to customise the run task within a Zap to have it fill out different information every time it submits the form. If you had an API endpoint available which would allow you to generate both a form submission and a PDF then you could potentially use our Webhooks app to handle it.
Instead of submitting the form though, perhaps you could take the information from the table and add it into the database where the form submissions are stored, using one of the Database apps listed here. From there, you could use one of the Document type of apps I mentioned previously to generate the PDF. Then upload it to Google Drive using an Upload File action. Do you think that approach could work?
