I have 20 sales promoters ordering stock from me on what’s app group then I enter all the orders manually to excel 

can I use Zap to automate this process

Short answer is no - there’s no way to do any integrations with a WhatsApp personal or WhatsApp business account. It is possible to build integrations and automations with a WhatsApp API account, but those aren’t able to participate in group chats. 

Any available options?

​@James0392  Not really, unless you can move the sales promoters to something other than a WhatsApp group chat 

What about what’s app business 

​@James0392 nope - I mentioned in my first reply that WhatsApp business accounts don’t provide any access to an API, so you can’t do any integrations or automations with them.
