hi there here is my issue I need to collect emails the  document i want my leads to receive is in notion and i use systeme.io and kit , what's the process like how do i automate everything

Not exactly i have a document in notion i want to give out to people, please explain step by step how i link with systeme.io and automate the whole process.

Can you share a bit more detail on the ideal workflow you’re wanting to build between Notion, Systeme.io and Kit. And is the Notion file that you want to send to people the same every time or would the Zap need to search for a different one depending on certain conditions? Once we have a bit more context on exactly what your after and any specific requirements you might have we can better advise.

ok so i have a document in notion and i want to collect emails through systeme.io, how do i automate the whole set up with zapier

Thanks for getting back to me ​@munya. Is it that you want to collect emails from Systeme.io, then automatically add those new leads into Notion and send them an email with a link to your Notion document?

If so, you’d want to use the following trigger and actions in the Zap:

  • Trigger: New Optin (Systeme.io) - runs the Zap when a lead opts in on your page.
  • Action: Create Data Source Item (Notion) - adds the lead details into the relevant database in Notion.
  • Action: Send Email (Gmail) - sends the lead an email with a link to view the relevant Notion document.
