Is this a custom PDF, or is this a standard PDF you're attaching to each one?

Hello! Its a standard pdf I created.

Hi there @Pinkmicconsulting 👋

Since it's the same PDF every time, you could store it somewhere (like Google Drive, Dropbox, your own website, etc.) and then paste a publicly accessible file link into the relevant field in the action that sends the replies.

If you’re using a “Send Email” type of action, there’s usually an “Attachments” field which would allow you to attach a file to the email. But if you’re sending the replies via the Send Message From Page (Facebook Messenger) action there wouldn’t be a similar file attachment sort of field available, so you’d only be able to include the link to the file in the message text.

Let us know how you get on!
