I’m trying to automate between Calendly and monday.com. I want to assign a salesperson in monday.com based on the user that the Calendly event was scheduled for. I can’t set up the webhook subscription scope to user but it doesn’t seem to do anything like ask me which user the automation applies to or anything. Seems pretty straightforward. Any help?

Try using the Scope Organization, then using a Filter step or Paths as Zap step 2.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Configure” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

It seems like the Zap setup is good. Could you please explain what’s not working with the current Zap setup?
