How can I assign a subscribing to a specific membership level.
i am currently using the following :
TRIGGER: NEW SUBCRIPTIONIN ZOHO BILLING
ACTION: CREATE A MEMBERSHIP LEVEL OBJECT IN PMPRO

If the Membership Level is not available in the Zap action you are using, then you may need to add another step. (see screenshots)

So what’s the process when I add a another step? I see on the screenshot the “Create a User’s Membership Level”. It has an option on Level ID. But how does it work whenever there is a new subscription?

Have you tried configuring to determine if that will work to create/update the subscriber?
