How to add lines in a Salesforce field?

I’m using Lead Score to enrich the details regarding a lead in Salesforce and I can only utilize one Saleforce field to add all the info. Is there a way to add lines between each separate Lead Score info, so as not to receive them as one line in Salesforce field? <br> and \n do not work.

Good question.

Is the Description field a long text field in Salesforce?

Did you try to simply use “Enter/Return” to start a new line?
