How to add Gorgias as a trigger for customer email processing

When we receive a email from a customer to Gorgias, that has specifi tags such as marketing opt out I would like to send the customers details to a specific sheet

 

I can’t seem to add gorgias as an app or trigger - is there a work around?

Just came across this and saw that we’ve got a feature request open for the Gorgias app for a “New Message” trigger to be added. So I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll be sure to notify you via email if it becomes available. There aren’t any workarounds noted at the moment but I’ll be sure to follow up here if I come across any.
