How to access live chat support after upgrading to Zapier Team plan?

We upgraded to a Team plan so we can use the live chat option, but then the “get help” bubble disappeared. How do we access the live chat or even talk to support?

Good question.

Looks like Live Chat with Zapier Support is not available on weekends.
