To use FB Lead Ads in Zaps you need a Zapier paid plan because it is a Premium App integration.

Troy’s correct, the Facebook Lead Ads app is a premium app so only available on a paid Zapier plans although, it’s available to use while on a Free Trial.
In terms of how many emails you’d be able to send, that would depend on the number of tasks your plan allows and how many your Zaps use when they run. Task allowances for each paid plan vary, but the Professional plan starts at 750 tasks. For example, if you had one Zap that triggered when a new lead was added and sent an email it could run send up to 750 emails a month. However, if you have other Zaps that also perform actions that count towards your task usage (not all actions do!) then you’d wouldn’t be able to send as many as 750 emails a month.
