Does the integration between Caspio and Paid Membership Pro create a new user in Paid Membership Pro or just allows for a new Membership Level to be created?

The Paid Memberships Pro app doesn’t have an action to create a new user, but the WordPress app does:
So I’d suggest using the Create User (WordPress) action to first create the user, then use a Change a User's Membership Level (Paid Memberships Pro) action to adjust their membership level as needed.
