How do you convert markdown to PDF or GoogleDocs?

What are your best practices for taking LLM output (usually in Markdown), and converting it to GoogleDocs or PDF?

Options:

Ask the AI to output the data as HTML or JSON instead of Markdown
- Depends on the destination app, but HTML/JSON are more common to use
Formatter > Text > Markdown to HTML
