How do I use a Zap to upload documents submitted via a form into a CRM like vTiger?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to use a Zap to upload a document submitted by a form into a CRM?

It can be saved as a document or the link to the file that is stored on our website server.

eg. a PDF, JPEG or Word Doc submitted via Ninja Forms (or similar) that is saved in  Contact Record crated by Zapier in vTiger CRM (or similar). 

I have scoured the Community Content and Zap documentation for a solution to no avail.  I have also consulted with a Zapier expert who isn’t sure how to go about it either.

Good question.

Yes, that should be possible, but all depends on the specific apps being used.

You can search Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions.
e.g. Vtiger CRM: https://zapier.com/apps/vtiger/integrations#triggers-and-actions
