How do I upload files sent via an email reply to a Keap contact?

Hi,

Keap has a file upload option within a Contact. 

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to use Zapier to upload files sent via email (this I know how to do) to a Keap Contact (this I don’t).

Unfortunately Keap doesn’t seem to have a file upload field built in to their forms and I am hoping to achieve a Zapier automation via a reply email from a customer who sends through their images.

Good question.

You’ll have to see if the desired Keap actions for Contacts support files.

If so, here’ a help article about using files in Zaps: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/send-files-in-zaps
