Our Zapier-Automation runs, with one small issue. Maybe someone can help?

We run with Pipedrive, and we find all leads with a custom field called “Automation” with the value “Warten 1” and the process is running well, with the problem, with one task, he only updates one lead.

The Zap runs every hour and check the leads for new “Warten 1”. Currently, we have a few hundred leads which should be updated with our Zap. Is there an option, where I can set, that the Zap updates ALL leads instead of one by one per task? We are running out of tasks after one week (405 of 750 tasks).

Step 5, “Sent 1 new Lead to Pipedrive”. How we can increase the number of send Leads to Pipedrive with one run?

Good question.

This Zap action will only return 1 Pipedrive Lead.

 

You would have to use the Pipedrive API: https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/Leads
