  • How do I update Monday.com's status to "On-Site" when the first photo was taken in CompanyCam?

I am wanting to setup an automation for when a photo is taken on a project in CompanyCam it will then update a status in Monday.com

Current automation: When an install is confirmed in Monday.com by our team, a Project with customer details gets created in CompanyCam, then CompanyCam add the project link in a column in Monday.com

 

I need a way to update the status of the item (customer) in Monday.com to “On-Site” when the first picture is taken in that project on CompanyCam.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: CompanyCam - New Photo
  2. Action: Monday - Get Item by Column Value
  3. Action: Monday - Change Multiple Column Values
