How do I update lead status in Zoho CRM After Calendly booking?

Hi Zapier, 

I am facing issue in updating lead status 
i am explain the whole scenario 
 

Scenario 1 - Landing Page > Landing Page Form > click on submit button > details in my ZOHO CRM > Lead Status - Registered 
 

Scenario 2 - Landing Page > Landing Page Form > click on submit button > Redirect to Calendly > After calendly Booking > want to update lead status - Demo Booked 

But facing issue in updation of lead status 

please help me out of this

Hi @lolly-user 

Try these Zap steps:

  • Action: Zoho CRM - Find Module Entry
  • Action: Zoho CRM - Update Module Entry
    • Map the Module Entry ID from the previous step

 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.
