How do I update a Hubspot contact with Typeform data?

Hey I’m struggling to configure a zap.  I’m currently sending a Typeform to client with hidden fields passed to it - name and email.

I then want the Typeform to update a Hubspot contact.

I can’t get it to work though.

I’ve followed all the available documentation but still can’t work it out.

Can anyone help?

Hi @milomilo

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with any encountered errors.

Hi there @milomilo 👋

I just came across this and noticed you also reached out to our Support team about this. Not sure if you’ve had a chance to see their reply yet but I’ll share the main details from it here in case it’s useful to you or anyone else that stumbles across this in the future:

Regarding the multiple choice picture question in Typeform, can you let me know the title of that question in the form and the field that should be populated with the options in HubSpot? I wasn't sure which field from Typeform is returning the multiple choice images so I just want to be sure I'm looking at the correct field.

For the "full length photos" question as Typeform returns a true or false response which matches the HubSpot options, we can use that field as a custom value like this:

To sort out the issue with the multiple choice picture question I’d recommend responding to the Support team to confirm the question title and what HubSpot field it relates to so they can advise further on that. If you can’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it’s been misplaced.

Please do report back here to let us know how you get on with them - keen to ensure you’re all set! 🙂
